ORDER
The petitioner in M.C.No.281 of 2024 on the files of the Family Court, Ernakulam, a minor boy represented by his mother, has filed this petition for the transfer of the aforesaid case to the Family Court, Ettumanoor.
2. The reason stated is that, in connection with the transfer of the mother of the petitioner to Kottayam, the petitioner is admitted in a School at Kottayam, and they are residing there. Thus, it is stated that the appearance of the petitioner at the Family Court, Ernakulam, would cause much hardship to him.
3. The respondent appeared through his counsel and submitted that there is no objection in transferring the case from Family Court, Ernakulam to Family Court, Ettumanoor.
4. Having regard to the reason stated by the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to allow the transfer petition.
In the result, the petition stands allowed. M.C.No.281 of 2024 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam, is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Ettumanoor. The parties are directed to make appearance before the Family Court, Ettumanoor, on 02.07.2026.
