O R D E R
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.2 in Crime No.1070/2025 of Thamarassery Police Station, Kozhikode District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 326 (g), 326 (f), 109 (1), 333, 127 (2), 61(2), 191(3) r/w Section 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act 1908 and Sections 3 , 5 and 6 of the Kerala Prevention of Damage to Private Property and Payment of Compensation Act, 2019.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 21.10.2025 at 17.45, accused 1 to 6 and about 24 other suspects involved in a conspiracy to destroy the Freshcut waste plant in Ambayathodu by damaging and setting it on fire.
