ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.143/2026 Ulikkal Police Station, Kannur District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 333 , 126(2), 115(2) and
118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, the BNS).
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on
05.04.2026 at about 19:30 hours, the applicant trespassed into the house where the de facto complainant was staying with his family members. Thereupon, the applicant wrongfully restrained the de facto complainant, attacked him with an iron rod on his head and thereby committed the offences.
