ORDER
The petitioner seeks transfer of O.P.No.1199 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Kozhikode to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha. The reason stated is that the petitioner has already filed M.C.No.63 of 2025, which is pending before the Family Court, Muvattupuzha. The petitioner states that it is difficult for her to travel to Kozhikode, which is 200 Km away and she is unemployed and has the responsibility of taking care of two minor children.
2. The respondent entered appearance but has not raised any serious objections to the transfer. On the reasons stated, I am convinced that the transfer has to be allowed.
In the above circumstances, this transfer petition is allowed and O.P.No.1199 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Kozhikode, stands transferred for trial and disposal to the Family Court, Muvattupuzha.
