THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 09.06.2026, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the holder of a regular permit in respect of Stage Carriage No. KL-32-3026 on the Kozhinjampara-Koduvayur route. The permit is valid up to 16.12.2027. The petitioner's application for variation of permit was allowed as per Ext.P1, subject to the settlement of timings. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite the grant of variation of permit, the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, has not taken steps to settle the timings.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent.
