This OP (DRT) is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief:
“ To issue an order directing recovery officer-1,
DRT-2, to dispose of Ext.P1 as early as possible.”
2. Ext.P1 is a petition filed by the 1st petitioner herein seeking a direction to the SRO Nenmara to allow registration of his property in favour of the 2nd petitioner for enabling the 2nd petitioner to deposit the amount as per the OTS offered by the respondent to the 1st petitioner.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
4. Today, when this OP (DRT) was taken up for consideration, the only prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners may be granted an opportunity to clear the entire amount due in the One Time Settlement
