The above review petition is filed to review the judgment dated 09.03.2026 in W.P.(C.) No. 16027 of 2025. According to the petitioner, this Court allowed the petitioner to approach the civil court. But, the petitioner has got other alternative remedies by approaching Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council constituted as per the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (for short 'MSMED Act') for redressal of the grievance. The same is not mentioned in the judgment is the grievance.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.
3. After hearing both sides, I think that clarification can be made in the order. Therefore, it is clarified that the petitioner is free to avail alternative remedy as per MSMED Act, 2006, if he is enti
