JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of July, 2026

Soumen Sen , C.J .

We have heard Mr. C.M. Mohammed Iquabal, learned

counsel for the appellant and Ms. S. Lakshmy, learned counsel

for the respondent/Bank.

2. The appellant has not complied with the interim order

dated 22nd June, 2026. Both the trial court as well as the

appellate court have shown sufficient indulgence to the

appellant. It appears that the appellant is reluctant to comply

with the directions issued from time to time. We have serious

doubts about the bona fides of the appellant.

The appeal stands dismissed.
