JUDGMENT

When this Contempt Case came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that the notice demanding fee for obtaining the KSREC report was issued to the petitioner.

2. If that be the case, the petitioner can pay the fee and the authorised ofÏcer shall comply with the directions in the judgment once the KSREC report is obtained.

Therefore, the Contempt Case (C) is closed with liberty to the petitioner to re-open the Contempt Case, if the directions are not complied with after getting the KSREC report as directed by this Court.
