JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
1. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, orders or direction to the fourth respondent to finalize the proceedings on the basis of exhibit P2 revision petition and stay petition and communicate the order to the petitioner within a reasonable period which this honourable court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case.
2. Such other writ, order or direction which this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case.
3. Dispense with filing of translation of vernacular documents produced along with writ petition. (SIC)
2. Aggrieved by Ext.P1 order, the petitioners filed Ext.P2 before the 4th respondent. The same is not considered is the grievance. The counsel for the petitioners also submitted that till disposal of the revision petition, further coercive steps based on Ext.P1 may be kept in abeyance.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
4. After hearing both sides, I think that prayer can be allowed.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:
1. The 4th respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext.P2, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
2. Coercive steps based on Ext.P1 shall be kept in abeyance till Ext.P2 revision petition is considered, on condition that the petitioners will also maintain status quo as far as the property is concerned.
