JUDGMENT
Aggrieved by Ext.P18 Staff Fixation Order, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P19 Revision Petition before the 2nd respondent-Director of General Education and he seeks for an expeditious disposal of the same.
Heard the learned Government Pleader also.
After hearing both sides, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P19 Revision Petition submitted by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, the 4th respondent and any other affected parties. A decision in this regard shall be taken within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. While taking a decision as directed above, the 2nd respondent shall advert to Ext.P13 Government Order and Exts.P14 and P15 judgments, copies of which, along with Ext.P19 Revision Petition, shall be produced before the 2nd respondent along with a certified copy of this judgment.
