ORDER
1. The Crl.M.C is filed to quash Annexure A FIR in Crime No. 894/2026 registered by the Kottarakkara Police Station, Kollam District, alleging the commission of the offence punishable under Section 56(b) of the Kerala Abkari Act (‘Act’, for brevity) and Section 1 of the Spirituous Preparations (inter-State Trade and Commerce) Control Act, 1955.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the investigation in the case is complete, and the final report has been filed on 25.07.2026 before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Kottarakkara.
In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C is dismissed, but by reserving the right of the petitioner to work out his remedies, in accordance with the law.
