2. The revision petitioner is A1 in C.C.No.6066 of 2016. The respondent herein filed a complaint under Section 200 and 190 of Cr.P.C . before the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate against the revision petitioner/A1 and another, for the offences under Sections 109, 448, 427 and 506 (Part-2) IPC.
