ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the illegal encroachments put up by the respondents 4 and 5 in the property comprised in S.No.119/3 B 1 sub divided as S.No. 119/3 B 1 situated at Gundur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District.

2. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, protecting the interests of the respondents 4 & 5 also, notice to the respondents 4 & 5 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner states that the subject land is classified as Public Road, in which respondents 4 and 5 have made encroachments by putting up structures and sheds. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the authorities, seeking removal of the same. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is constrained to move the present Writ Petition.
