W.P.No.21345 of 2023 is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 6 to implement the order of the 4th respondent passed in proceedings No. Ne.Mu.No.3646/2022/A3 dated 14.10.2022 to resume the Government Lands measuring extent of 5.77 Acres situated in S.F.Nos.293/1B1, 293/1B2, 293/1B3, 293/1B4, 293/1B5 of Kattampatti Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District, from the respondents 8

and 9 Industry forthwith.

W.P.No.26863 of 2023 is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2022 for exchange of lands in Survey Nos.293/1B1, 293/1B2, 293/1B3, 293/1B4, 293/1B5 totally measuring 5.77 Acres situated in Kattampatti Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District with the lands in Survey No.348/2 measuring 6.31 Acres situated in Kattampatti Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
