COMMON JUDGMENT
Both the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeals are filed by the husband against the common judgement and decree. Hence, both the cases were taken up together and a common judgment is passed.

The present Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal in C.M.S.A.(MD)No.27 of 2015 is filed by the husband against the Judgment and Decreetal order dated 30.04.2015 passed in H.M.C.M.A.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, by confirming the Judgment and Decreetal order dated 25.10.2010 passed in H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thoothukudi.
2.(ii) C.M.S.A.(MD)No.28 of 2015:
The present Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal in C.M.S.A.(MD)No.28 of 2015 is filed by the husband against the Judgment and Decreetal order dated 30.04.2015 passed in H.M.C.M.A.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, by confirming the Judgment and Decreetal order dated 25.10.2010 passed in H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thoothukudi.
