The Writ Petition is filed calling for the concerned records from the 2nd respondent, quash the order of the 2nd respondent bearing Letter No.98411/554/G25/G251/2010-1 dated 02.11.2010 in so far as the postings of the Assessor to the post of Inspector of Assessment to different circle contrary to the guidelines of the 2nd respondent in Memo.No.114124/G11/G111/2001-1 dated 20.11.2001, Memo No.114124/G11/G111/2001-2 dated 03.01.2002 and the award of the Industrial Tribunal dated 30.06.2000 in I.D.No.173/1994 and consequently direct the respondents to allot the promoted Inspector of Assessment in their due Circle as per the guidelines of the 2nd respondent in Memo.No.114124/G11/G111/2001-1 dated 20.11.2001, Memo No.114124/G11/G111/2001-2 dated 03.01.2002 and the award of the Industrial

2.When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and therefore, prays that this petition may be ordered to be dismissed.
