ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Gingee, to dispose E.A.No.17 of 2022 in O.S.No.603 of 2016 within a specified time.

2. The revision petitioner along with two others had filed a suit against the defendants in O.S.No.603 of 2016 before the learned Principal District Munsif, Gingee seeking for declaration and injunction and the same was decreed on 05.01.2017. Thereafter, the petitioner/first plaintiff along with other plaintiffs had filed an execution petition in E.A.No.17 of 2022 on 01.03.2022 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Gingee. However, the respondents who have entered appearance, have been repeatedly taking time for filing counter from 28.04.2022 and till date, there is no progress in the execution petition and the executing Court has also been repeatedly adjourning the matter for filing counter, thereby, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.
