The above Review Application has been filed by Mr.M.Ravichandran, Advocate, to review the order dated 22.06.2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.11317 of 2021.

2.The Writ Petition came to be filed in the name of the 1st respondent viz., Uma Ramanathan to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 3rd respondent dated 19.04.2021 and to quash the same. The 3rd respondent issued the notice dated 19.04.2021 under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 to stop the construction work with immediate effect.

3.When the Division Bench heard the Writ Petition, it was brought to the notice of the Court that the 1st respondent has not filed the Writ Petition and it was only her tenant by name R.G.Mohan Babu had fabricated her signature and filed the Writ Petition in her name. The affidavit filed in the Writ Petition was attested by one Mr.Gopalakrishnan, Advocate and the Review Applicant viz., Mr.M.Ravichandran, Advocate has filed the Writ Petition.

4.The Division Bench, while dismissing the Writ Petition, made some observations against the Review Applicant and also against M
