Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the contesting private respondents, viz., respondent Nos.5 and 6.

2. Shri K.Amalraj, the writ petitioner herein founded a Trust known as “The Sagayamatha Educational Trust”. In the said Trust, the fifth respondent as well as the petitioner’s biological son were inducted as “Trustees”. Subsequently, disputes arose among them. The fifth respondent viz., Sagayaraj was also removed from the trusteeship. Thereafter, he lodged objections before the District Registrar / Respondent No.3 herein. The third respondent issued proceedings dated 12.07.2023 cancelling the amendment made to the Trust Deed. Challenging the same, the said Shri.Amalraj filed this Writ Petition. This Court granted an interim order. To vacate the same, the fifth respondent filed W.M.P.(MD).No.21116 of 2023. The matter was referred to Mediation. I am happy to note that the mediation efforts succeeded and the matter had been settled amicably. Before me, the writ petitioner herein K.Amalraj, his biological son, Arokia Rajiv, his daughter Smt.Diana Blessy Amalraj, daughter-in-law, Princy Arokia Rajiv as well his adopted son viz., A.Sagayaraj and his wife Brijet Amali are present. The Deed of Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 18.12.2020 filed before me, had been signed not only by the parties concerned, but also, by the respective counsel. The Mediator has also filed memo indicating that the mediation has been successful.

3. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise dated 18.12.2023 which shall form part of this order.

4. The Mediator shall raise his memo of fee and the same shall be honoured by the participants. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
