ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned check slip issued by the 3rd respondent dated 22.12.2023 vide No.RFL/chinnasalem/141/2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to register the document presented by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that one Sengodan being the owner of the lands in Survey No.163/1, 165/5B2, 165/4B in Rayarpalayam Revenue Village, Kallakurichi Taluk and District had executed a sale agreement in favour of the petitioner on 03.10.2023 vide registered document No.6018 of 2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent. The time stipulated for execution of sale deed as per the registered sale agreement is 90 days. Since the time stipulated for the purpose of completing the sale proceedings expired on 03.01.2024, once again the petitioner and the said Sengodan presented a sale agreement on 22.12.2023 before the 3rd respondent and requested to register the same which will extend the time for executing the deed of sale.
