COMMON ORDER
This Civil Revision petition has been filed to set aside the common Judgement dated 14.12.2017 passed in I.A Nos. 17 of 2017 & 18 of 2017 in HMOP No. 74 of 2015 and the decree dated 14.12.2017 passed in I.A No.17 of 2017 in HMOP No.74 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Arakkonam.
2. This Civil Revision petition has been filed to set aside the common Judgement dated 14.12.2017 passed in I.A Nos. 17 of 2017 & 18 of 2017 in HMOP No. 74 of 2015 and the decree dated 14.12.2017 passed in I.A No.18 of 2017 in HMOP No.74 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Arakkonam.
3. The petitioner herein is the husband and respondent is the wife.
4. The brief facts of the case is that the petitioner being the husband of the respondent filed HMOP No. 74 of 2015 against the respondent for the relief of divorce and the respondent also engaged the lawyer, however she was not able to contest the suit despite giving several adjournments hence the respondent remained exparte on 21.09.2016 and the exparte order passed on 11.11.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner herein got married on 15.03.2017. In the meanwhile, respondent filed I. A Nos. 17 and 18 of 2017 to condone the delay of 89 days in filing
