When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that a reference has been made by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour court, Chennai in I.D.No.4/2023 and he sought for a direction to the concerned Tribunal for speedy disposal of I.D.No.4/2023.
2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Ministry of Labour and Employment is directed to dispose of I.D.No.4/2023 as expeditiously as possible. All the contentions raised in the present Writ Petition as well as in the counter shall be left open for the decision of the concerned Tribunal.
