ORDER

2. Petitioner submits that the property in Survey No.111 A, Jameen Punja, Servaikaranmadam, Pudukottai Sub Registrar, Thoothukudi district, to an extent of 22 cents originally belonged to his father, who purchased the same from one Palraj through sale deed, dated 15.12.1993. Subsequent to the said purchase, the petitioner's family was in possession and enjoyment of the same. After the death of the petitioner's father, the property was inherited by the petitioner and his brothers and sisters. The petitioner filed a suit for partition of the said property against his brothers and sisters in O.S.No.190 of 2016, on the file of District Munsif Court, Srivaikundram, and a preliminary decree was passed on 29.01.2018. The petitioner states that final decree proceedings are pending. While so, the persons unconnected with the property obtained patta in their name and, therefore, the petitioner gave a representation to the first respondent on 18.07.2024 to cancel the patta in the name of third persons, namely, Winston Daniel, Venkatesh Perumal, Nagara
