O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.]

The review application has been instituted to review the order passed by us on 28.11.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.1463 of 2023.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the writ petition order has been passed without issuing notice to the 3rd respondent therein.

3. However, this Court has clearly directed the 1st respondent therein to follow the due procedures as contemplated under the Statutes. Consequently, the 1st respondent issued show cause notice to the review petitioner, which came to be challenged in W.P.(MD).No.5409 of 2024. The Division Bench of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court passed final orders in the said writ petition on 06.03.2024 taking note of the order passed by us in W.P.(MD).No.1463 of 2023 dated 28.11.2023. Paragraph 4 of the order passed in WP.(MD)No.5409 of 2024 dated 06.03.2024 reads as under;

4. Perusal of the records shows that prior notices were issued seeking explanation of the petitioner with regard to unauthorized construction and the petitioner had also submitted his explanation.
