JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant-

claimant against the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 06.09.2013 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal District Judge, Namakkal, in M.C.O.P.No.83 of 2010. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed for enhancement of compensation.

2. By the impugned Judgment and Decree, the Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.4,49,688/- together with interest at 7.5% per annum from the date of filing of the claim petition till the date of deposit, to the appellant/claimant.

3. The break up of the amount awarded by the Lower Court are summarised below:-
