ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a memo was filed in Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to the effect that they have handed over all the papers to the petitioner and given change of vakalath. The learned counsel submitted that they are no longer appearing for the petitioner.
2. In the light of the above submissions, this Court took up the matter and proceeded to deal with the matter based on the available materials and after hearing the learned Special Government Pleader.

It is quite clear from the refusal check slip and also the written instructions given by the respondent that there were sufficient reasons for the respondent to issue the refusal check slip dated 09.10.2024 and the same does not suffer from any illegality. This is more so, because a writ petition has been filed in W.P.No.10713/2025 questioning the Power of Attorney itself and for initiating proceedings under Section 83 of the Registration Act against the petitioner herein, who has been shown as the third respondent in that writ petition.
