O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned show cause notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.8997/Tho.Vu/2022 dated 18.04.2024.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 30.04.2024, this Court culled out the facts of the case and the grievance expressed by the petitioner. For proper appreciation, the said order is extracted hereunder:

"The grievance of the petitioner is that she was appointed in the 1st respondent – The Kancheepuram – Tiruvallur District Co-op Milk Producer's Union Ltd., with effect from 28.02.2019 and is in service without any unblemished records. While so, a proposal was undertaken to regularise the services of the petitioner.

2. It is seen that on instructions from the Commissioner of Milk Production and Dairy Development Department, a show cause notice dated 18.04.2024 was issued to the petitioner. The allegation is that as on the date of selection of the petitioner, her father was on the Board in the 1st respondent Milk Producers Union and he resigned only after the selection of the petitioner.
