ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the show cause notice issued by the first respondent dated 14.07.2022 directing the petitioner to submit an explanation to show cause as to why action should not be taken as against the petitioner including termination of distributorship within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The petitioner is a proprietrix of M/s.Sri Palani Andavar Bharat Gas agency. The petitioner was granted distributorship by the first respondent entered into an agreement and entered into the Bharat Gas (Liquified Petroleum Gas) Distributorship (Domestic and Commercial) Agreement dated 31.03.2011 with the petitioner to carry on business of distributorship in the name and style of M/s.Sri Palani Andavar Bharat Gas agency. The petitioner being the distributor can sell the first respondent’s gas cylinders for household consumers and commercial consumers etc subject to the terms and conditions stated in the agreement. It was valid upto 10 years.
Subsequently, it was extended for a period of 5 years by distributorship
