COMMON ORDER

Before the trial Court, two suits have been filed and they are O.S. No.

8 of 2020 and O.S. No. 27 of 2020. These Civil Revision Petitions arise out of the order passed by the trial Court in the interlocutory applications filed in those suits.

O.S. No. 8 of 2020 (C.R.P. No. 3081 of 2021)

2. C.R.P. No.3081 of 2021 has been filed praying to set aside the order dated 16.08.2021 passed in I.A. No. 4 of 2021 in O.S. No. 8 of 2020. The said suit in O.S. No. 8 of 2020 was filed by Thangarasu against Punithavalli and four others for a bare injunction. It is the case of the Plaintiff that one Manickaraj, father of the Defendants 1 to 3 was the owner of the suit properties. It is his further case that the said Manickaraj borrowed various amount from him for business expenses and executed a promisory note in his favour. That apart, Mr. Manickaraj also received lease amount year after year from the Plaintiff for having leased out the suit property to him and also executed a lease deed in his favour. In other words, it is the definite case of the Plaintiff that he is in possession of the suit properties as a lessee and the Defendants are also aware of the same. While so, the Plaintiff c
