ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Magistrate to consider the petitioner's request and grant relief pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2021.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she was married to the 4 th respondent on 22.6.1981, but ever since the marriage, the 4 respondent has been neglecting her till his superannuation. The petitioner is not being taken th care of by the 4 respondent inspite of receiving his pension and rental income, which led the petitioner to file the petition on 20.03.2021 and 27.03.2021 seeking protection order, residential order, maintenance order, medical expenses and also for police protection under the various provisions of the Domestic Violence Act. In fact, the petitioner has also raised objection th with regard to alienation of property by the 4 respondent. The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.
