(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.)
The petitioner filed the instant writ petition before this Court, alleging that the petitioner along with his relative on 23.09.2020 and 10.11.2021 went to the Dharmapuri Government Hospital, for taking treatment but no doctor was available and they were made to wait for hours for the treatment. Hence, they made a complaint in twitter to @CMOTamilnadu,@subramanian-ma, @collrdi,@DD-IAS and filed RTI application on 12.10.2021. After getting the particulars, they made a written representation to the respondents for taking action for the non-availability of the doctors in the aforesaid hospital.
2. Counter filed by the respondent by explaining the fact that though the petitioner had alleged that he had accompanied his relative during the period on 23.09.2020 and 10.11.2021, to the hospital, he had not given details as to who was the patient and what was the complication of the concerned patient, and simply vague allegations are made in the affidavit.
