This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2018 and for consequential direction to the respondents for recording the Petitioner Vanniyakula Kshatriya Dharma Sathira Sangam, Tiruttani, and to issue Patta to the petitioner "Vanniyar Choultry" measuring an extent of 20550 sqft comprised in S.No.345/27 situated at No.111/42, Madam Village, M.P.S. Salai, Tiruttani Town and Taluk, Tiruvallur District-631 209.

2. The affidavit filed in support of the writ petition is sworn to by the President of the "Vanniyakula Kshatriya Dharma Sangam", Tiruttani. The "Vanniyakula Kshatriya Dharma Sathira Sangam", Tiruttani, owned a historical "Vanniyar Choultry" measuring an extent of 20550 sqft comprised in Survey No.345/27 situated at Madam Village, No.111/42, M.P.S. Salai, Tiruttani Town and Taluk, Tiruvallur District - 631 209, and it is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. The said "Vanniyar Choultry" has been settled in favour of the Petitioner/Sangam by way of registered Settlement Deed, vide Document No.1368 of 1914, dated 20.07.1914 executed by one Social Reformer.
