COMMON ORDER

The W.P.(MD).No.22645 of 2015 has been filed by R.Sundaram for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order of the first respondent in Letter (2 D) No.127, dated 27.11.2012 and the consequential proceedings in ROC No.B1/414/2012 (TDP No.46/2012)

dated 17.05.2013.

2. The W.P.(MD).No.6030 of 2016 has been filed by S.Ramamoorthy for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order in Lr.No. 15751/ ME1/15-7 dated 11.03.2016 and consequently direct the respondent to promote the petitioner as the Joint Director of Municipal Administration, from the date on par with that of the date of promotion of the third respondent to the said post i.e., 18.08.2012 with all attendant benefits.
