Thereafter, the petitioner filed a claim petition before the 1st Respondent under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act seeking to set aside the impugned award dated 06.07.2022. Subsequently on 16.08.2022, the petitioner has also filed a additional petition under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the 1st and 2nd Respondents to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondent authorities from dispossessing the petitioner from his property demolishing the subject property.
