2. Heard S.Agilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 and 2. 3. The Sale deed has been refused to be registered by the 2nd respondent only on the ground that the petitioner did not submit the life certificate of respondents 3 to 5.

4. The petitioner came into the scene as a promoter of a project. The respondents 3 to 5 entered into a development agreement with the petitioner and also executed a general power of attorney in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, there was a dispute between the parties and the arbitration proceedings are pending. Under such circumstance
