ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.)

By consent of both parties this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated

06.02.2025, to take necessary steps in respect of substandard construction and other irregularities and to constitute an independent expert committee to inspect the construction, is kept pending till date without any progress. Therefore, he has filed this Writ Petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who takes notice the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned standing counsel, who takes notice for the third respondent.

4.On perusal of the entire affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that the petitioner has not given any details and particulars stating that he has involved in social activities and he has not satisfied the parameters as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ashok Kumar Pandey vs. State of West Bengal and others reported in (2004) 3 SCC 349, wherein the Supreme Court at paragraph No.16, held as follows:-
