It is now stated that the order impugned in these Writ Appeals have been complied with. Therefore, without going into the merits of the rival contentions, these Appeals are disposed of as having become infructuous. All questions are left open to be decided in the Writ Petition or in any other proceedings that are pending. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
