This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission for conducting village level flood light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 01.10.2022 and 02.10.2022 in Panchayat Union Middle School back side, Koppampatti Village (North), Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2022 submitted before the respondents.

2.The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor takes notice for the Respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

4.The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, would submit that no objections from the respondents and the petitioner may be granted permission based on the DGP circular.

5.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Respondents are directed to grant permission for conducting the Kabadi tournament from 01.10.2022 to 02.10.2022 at Panchayat Union Middle School back side, Koppampatti Village (North), Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District,
