J U D G M E N T
This judgment / compromise decree will now dispose of the captioned suit.
2. Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 28.10.2022 which reads as follows:
'Captioned suit is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR REPORTING SETTLEMENT'.
2. Mr.Keerthikiran Murali, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for sole plaintiff and Mr.L.Ramu, learned counsel on record for lone defendant are before this Commercial Division.
3. Aforementioned both counsel i.e., counsel on either side submit that plaintiff and defendant have arrived at a settlement, lis has been settled and terms of settlement have been reduced to writing vide a 'joint memo of settlement between the parties dated 07.09.2022' [hereinafter 'said MOC' for the sake of convenience and clarity].
4. Plaintiff is a company. This Commercial Division is informed that this is a public limited listed company.
5. Learned counsel for plaintiff requests for time to produce the Board Resolution authorizing the signatory who signed said MOC on behalf of plaintiff company.
