O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the present office bearers of the YA – 104 Ku.Vallam Cashew Nut Collecting Labours Contract Co-Operative Society at Ku.Vallam, Ariyalur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2021 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.By consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he is a member of YA – 104 Ku.Vallam Cashew Nut Collecting Labours Contract Co-Operative Society. The Society was formed only after agitations and protest made by people of K.Vallam and other surrounding villages and also based on the directions issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court for development of livelihood and employment of village people. Now, the said Society is not working properly. The office bearers of the Society are not taking effective steps for collection of cashew nuts. They are not properly accounting cashew nuts collected.
