O R D E R
Heard Mrs.S.Bhuvaneswari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Praksh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fifth respondent.
2.The petitioner seeks for a limited relief of direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, dated 24.02.2025 pending with the second respondent.
3.Admittedly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal under Section
12 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Bank and same is pending on the file of the second respondent on and from 24.02.2025.
4.Considering the above, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 24.02.2025 on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the Writ Petitioner as well as the respondents 6 and 7. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
