COMMON ORDER
As the issue arise in all the Writ Petitions are one and the same, they are disposed of by way of common order.

All these writ petitions are filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to compute and pay the compensation to petitioners for their respective lands which were acquired by the respondents for the purpose of implementing the National Highways Project under National Highways Act, 1956 and grant benefits under Section 23(1A), 23(2) and the proviso of Section 28 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
3. The case of the petitioners is that, the petitioners are the owners of the respective lands and their lands were acquired by the respondents under the National Highways Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred as 'Act'). The notification under Section 3A of the Act was issued on 12.02.2008 under R.O.C.1299/2008(A2), dated 28.11.2008 and the declaration under Section 3D of the Act was issued on 13.06.2008 in R.O.C.1299/2008(A2), dated After conducting enquiry, the 6th respondent passed an award in R.O.C.1299/2008 (A2), dated 28.11.2008.
