ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the 2nd to 5th respondents.
2.The petitioner appears to be a Rotarian whose membership was canceled by the 6th respondent. Earlier as a Rotarian of the 6th respondent/Rotary Club, the petitioner was allowed to operate a night shelter in the 2nd respondent/Medical Education and research (JIPMER) and a deed of agreement was also signed between the 2nd and 3rd respondents with the 6th respondent herein.
3.It appears that the petitioner continued to run and operate the night shelter for providing food at subsidized price to patients and their attendants on payment of Rs.5,000/- per month to the 2nd respondent. It appears that the 2nd and 3rd respondents wanted the petitioner to vacate the premises at the behest of the 6th respondent as the petitioner was no longer its member. The petitioner appears to have filed a suit before the I Additional District Munsif Court at Puducherry in O.S.No.357 of 2021 wherein the petitioner prayed for the following relief:-
“To restrain the defendants, their men and agents or their assigns or anybody claiming through them from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful
