O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2020, 23.06.2022 and complete the enquiry in the light of the Circular Letter No. 41530 / U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6 and the learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the subject property originally belonged to the petitioner's father. Thereafter, the petitioner's father executed a gift deed in favour of the petitioner. After the demise of the petitioner's father, the petitioner and his family members are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property. While so, the respondents 3 to 7 created bogus and fabricated documents with regard to the subject property and sold the property between them. Hence, the petitioner made representations dated 05.12.2020 and 23.06.2022 to the respondent
