Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein

and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to

relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.495 of 2023

dt.9.1.2023 on the file of this Honble High Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the

arguments of MR.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner

and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on

behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in

Crl.O.P(MD).No.495 of 2023, dated 09.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and

hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with

the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the

condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.495 of 2023, is

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the

respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every

month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous

Petition is ordered.
