Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the

respondents placed on record, a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.738/A1/2022

dated 25.5.2023, wherein the respondent passed the detailed order stating

that the Government after considering the order passed by this Court,

rejected the proposal submitted by the second respondent for approval of

the appointment made by the School Management.

2. Recording the said proceedings, the contempt petition stands

closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said

order. No costs.
