O R D E R
Heard Mr. M.Subash, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. V.Ravi, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. Raja Mathivanan, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.
2. Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Third Respondent, notice to it is dispensed with.
3. The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had made a representation dated 23.01.2024 to the Second Respondent to restrain the Third Respondent from collecting excessive rent or to distract him from carrying on business of selling vegetables in the shop at Namakkal Daily Market, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition.
4. Having regard to the limited nature of relief sought, this Court without expressing any view on the merits of the controversy involved, passes the following order:-
