ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of the cancellation of gift deed dated 20.01.2011 registered before the second respondent and quash the same.
2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that a gift deed has been executed by the third respondent on 10.01.2005 for laying road, park for the layout in favour of the Alamelumangaapuram Village Panchayat by virtue of Doc.No.133 of 2005 on the file of Joint Registrar, Vellore, only thereafter the Village Panchayat has granted permission for forming a layout. When the matter stood thus, settlor has registered the impugned cancellation of gift deed dated 20.01.2011 unilaterally. According to the writ petitioner, such unilateral cancellation is not valid in the eye of law. Challenging the said registration of unilateral cancellation of the settlement deed, this writ petition is filed.
3. Despite service of notice, none appeared on behalf of the third respondent.
4. This Court is of the view that the very act of the second respondent receiving the document and registering the unilateral cancellation is ex facie bad in law in view of the law declared by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Sasikala vs. Revenue Di
