ORDER
The petition is for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2020. It is stated in the writ petition that the petitioner lodged a complaint against five accused persons on 07.03.2020 and the said complaint was forwarded to the fifth respondent and he did not take any action on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents
1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the averments made in the writ petition is not correct. The fifth respondent had registered a FIR in Crime No.1 of 2021 on 12.01.2021 for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468 of IPC on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and that the said complaint is pending investigation. The fifth respondent has not acted in a biased manner.
3.The only grievance of the petitioner is that his complaint was not attended to, by the fifth respondent. It is now seen that the fifth respondent has registered the complaint in Crime No.1 of 2021 and investigation is pending. The grievance of the petitioner
